You may have an installation issue, a problem downloading and importing data, help with carrying out operations within an application or support for an IDEAScript routine, whatever your support needs, our experts are committed to helping users obtain the maximum benefit from their investment in our products.
All calls are registered and the information gathered is fed back into the development system to help improve our products. No personal information or data from your organisation is forwarded to the external development teams without your express permission.
The support helpline is open to all IDEA users based within the UK and Ireland however, the level of assistance will be limited if your organisation does not hold a current support and maintenance contract.
On the rare occasions when the phone is not answered immediately, please hold on as calls are routed through to our switchboard when the technical support lines are busy.
