We at AuditWare Systems would like to notify you that we are taking all necessary precautions against the spread of COVID -19 (coronavirus), with many of our employees working from home for the foreseeable future.
As we move our operations offsite, AuditWare remains committed to being open for business. We have an active and remote work culture and the IT infrastructure to provide fast support to our clients, so you should not see any changes to account management and support services during this time.
With all travel for our staff now being cancelled for the foreseeable future, the only disruption will be to our training courses and consultancy services engagements. We do however envisage this disruption to be minimal, as we have a very successful online virtual delivery platform to replicate the face to face environment. We are working with all of our clients to ensure business continuity with training and consultancy services that have been booked and offering them the ability to postpone as to such a time when we can safely meet with them on a face to face basis. For those clients who require us to immediately meet the requirements of critical audits and timelines, we are offering online virtual training and consultancy services.
We realise that for some of our customers, online services can never replace the full experience of face-to-face training, but the advancements in technology are such that we feel this format to be a fantastic alternative. Most of our delegates have provided great feedback on our online training when it was released last year.
As we all look forward to the situation returning to normal ASAP, for our upcoming public events, we will be closely monitoring Government guidelines in order to decide as to whether they will go ahead.
